Know who is working, what it costs, and prove it.
CySlip turns a tablet you already own into a clock-in station, drafts a fair week in seconds, and turns the hours worked into numbers you can hand to payroll.

Nobody is short of software. You are short of a straight answer.
Three things a manager pays for every week, whether or not anyone counts them.
The rota lives in a group chat
It is written in a spreadsheet, sent as a photo, then corrected six times before Friday. Nobody is certain which version is real, and you answer the same question all week.
Hours are guessed at month end
Someone reads a paper sheet, types it into a spreadsheet, and rounds. Overtime gets missed in one direction and paid twice in the other, and nobody can tell you which.
None of it is provable
A payslip is due within five working days, and the Labour Inspection can ask for your working-time records. A photo of a rota in a chat thread is not a record.
How CySlip works
Right now the week lives in a group chat
Four people, five days, and nothing anyone can search. When someone asks who closed on Tuesday, you scroll.
CySlip drafts it, you approve it
Filled against your coverage targets, spreading weekends and closes fairly. Every choice comes with a reason, and nothing publishes until you say so.
Every punch lands on the shift it belongs to
Staff clock in with a PIN on a tablet you already own. That record is the one an inspector asks for.
And you can see what it cost
Hours, overtime and labour cost, worked out as people clock out. Nothing retyped into a spreadsheet.
Three people open it for three reasons
What the week costs, before the invoice arrives
Labour cost as it accrues, overtime you did not plan for, and an export your accountant can reconcile.
The week builds itself, you sign it off
A draft that already respects availability, fixed shifts and fairness. Leave and swaps handled on the same grid.
My shifts, my hours, on my phone
See the published week, request a day off, swap a shift, and clock in with a PIN. No app to install.
Two plans. Ten people included in both.
Every plan includes unlimited clock-in devices, so you’re never charged for hardware you didn’t buy.

Frequently asked questions
The things managers ask us before they book a demo.
Do I need to buy a time clock or any special hardware?
No. Any phone, tablet or old laptop becomes a PIN clock-in kiosk in under a minute, and every plan includes unlimited clock-in devices. There is no terminal to buy and no install fee.
How does the AI scheduling actually work?
You set coverage targets, availability, fixed shifts and plain-English rules such as "no clopening". CySlip drafts the week against those rules and spreads weekends, closes and hours fairly over time. Every decision comes with a one-line reason, and nothing publishes until you approve it.
How much does CySlip cost?
Starter is €40 per month for up to 10 employees, then €5 per employee per month. Premium is €54 per month (normally €69) for up to 10 employees, then €6 per employee per month. Starter covers scheduling and clock-ins. Premium adds live labour cost, pay calculations, overtime, exports and SMS notifications. Every plan includes unlimited clock-in devices and a 7-day free trial.
Can staff clock in without installing an app?
Yes. Staff clock in and out with a PIN on the shared kiosk screen. There are no per-person accounts to set up on the device and nothing to install.
Does CySlip handle annual leave and day-off requests?
Yes, both are handled on the same schedule grid you build the week on. You can add or edit approved leave straight from an empty cell, see floating day-off requests before you approve them, and get notified the moment a request needs a decision.
Is CySlip GDPR compliant?
Yes. CySlip is built and operated in Cyprus under the EU GDPR and Cyprus data-protection law. Our Privacy Policy sets out what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
Can I use CySlip for more than one team or site?
Yes. You can split staff into departments, so separate teams or sites are scheduled independently while still living in one account. Pricing counts people, not departments, so adding a department doesn't change what you pay.
