Questions about billing
What counts as an employee?
Anyone active on your team who can be scheduled or can clock in. Both plans include 10 of them. People you deactivate stop counting.
What happens when I go past 10 employees?
Nothing stops. You're charged €5 per extra employee per month on Starter and €6 on Premium, and CySlip asks you to confirm the new total before it adds anyone.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, in both directions, from the Billing page in your account. A change takes effect on your next invoice.
Are these prices with VAT?
No. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout based on where your business is registered.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
Your plan starts and your card is charged for the first month. Cancel before the 7 days are up and you're not charged at all.
Do I need to buy a time clock?
No. Both plans include unlimited clock-in devices, and any phone, tablet or old laptop becomes a PIN kiosk. There is no terminal to buy and no install fee.
