Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 27 July 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CySlip scheduling and time-tracking service, including the website, web application and clock-in kiosk features (together, the “Service”). The Service is provided by CySlip Ltd, based in the Republic of Cyprus at Nicosia, Cyprus(“CySlip”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

  • Customer means the business or organisation that subscribes to the Service.
  • Authorised Usersmeans the Customer’s managers, administrators and employees who are permitted to use the Service.
  • Customer Data means all data submitted to the Service by or on behalf of the Customer, including employee names, PINs, schedules, clock-in/out records, attendance and leave information.
  • Subscription means a paid plan as described on our pricing page.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and PINs, for all activity that occurs under your account, and for ensuring your Authorised Users comply with these Terms. You can access your account at https://app.cyslip.com/login.

3. Subscriptions, pricing and payment

The Service is offered on a subscription basis, priced by team size. Current plans, employee limits and prices (including any time-limited early-bird pricing) are set out on our pricing page and may change from time to time. Early-bird prices apply for the period stated and to the plan you subscribe to during that period; we will give reasonable notice before any change to your recurring price.

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring (for example monthly) basis and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • All prices are stated in euro (EUR) and are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law in the Republic of Cyprusor the Customer’s jurisdiction.
  • Except where required by law, fees paid are non-refundable. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of the Service.

4. Demos and trials

Any demonstration, free trial or evaluation access is provided “as is” and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Features available during a demo or trial may differ from those in a paid Subscription.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to permit any person to:

  • use the Service in violation of any applicable law, including employment, working-time and data-protection law;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its related systems, or interfere with its security or integrity;
  • reverse engineer, copy, resell or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law;
  • upload malicious code or use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, infringing or harmful content.

6. Customer responsibilities and employee data

The Customer is the data controller in respect of Customer Data and CySlip acts as a data processor, as described in our Privacy Policy. The Customer is responsible for:

  • establishing a lawful basis for collecting and processing employee scheduling, attendance and leave data, and for providing any required notices to employees;
  • the accuracy of Customer Data and the management of Authorised User access and PINs;
  • ensuring its use of clock-in, attendance and scheduling features complies with applicable employment and working-time obligations. CySlip provides tooling and does not provide legal, tax or payroll advice.

7. Usage analytics and service improvement

We record how the Service is used — for example which features are opened, how workflows are completed, and where errors occur — so that we can operate, secure and improve it. For signed-in Authorised Users with administrator access, this usage data is linked to that person’s name and work email so that activity can be attributed to a single account and support issues can be traced.

By creating an account you acknowledge that we process this data as a controller, as set out in our Privacy Policy. We rely on our legitimate interests in maintaining and improving the Service rather than on your consent, and you may object to this processing at any time by contacting privacy@cyslip.com. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics and the CySlip name and logo, is owned by CySlip and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service during the Subscription term. The Customer retains all rights in Customer Data and grants CySlip the limited licence needed to provide the Service.

9. Third-party services

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services (for example, scheduling of demos or payment processing). We are not responsible for third-party services and their use is subject to their own terms.

10. Availability and warranties

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including certain statutory consumer rights.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CySlip will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service will not exceed the fees paid by the Customer for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnity

The Customer agrees to indemnify CySlip against claims, losses and costs arising from the Customer’s Customer Data, its use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or its breach of applicable employment or data-protection law.

13. Term, suspension and termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service. Either party may terminate a Subscription at the end of the then-current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms or fail to pay. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may export Customer Data before termination, after which it may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will provide reasonable notice, for example by email or through the Service. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of the Republic of Cyprus will have exclusive jurisdiction, save that mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are unaffected.

16. Contact
