A time clock that runs on a tablet you already own

Clock-in terminals cost hundreds, take weeks to arrive, and lock you into one supplier. Any screen in your building can do the same job in about a minute.

The paper sheet by the door

It gets filled in at the end of the week from memory, in one handwriting, all in the same pen. It is not a record of anything except what somebody remembered.

Terminals cost more than the software

A proprietary clock, an install fee, and a support contract for a device that does one thing. Then a second one for the second site.

Nobody knows who is in right now

Not until someone walks the floor and counts. When a shift is short, you find out from a queue at the counter.

Any screen, a PIN, and you are tracking hours

Pair a device once and set it down at the door. Staff clock in and out with a PIN, and every punch lands on the shift it belongs to. Nothing is installed per person and there are no accounts on the device.

  • Works on any phone, tablet or laptop with a browser
  • Unlimited clock-in devices on every plan
  • Punches attach to the rostered shift, so hours reconcile automatically
  • Late arrivals and missed clock-ins surface without building a report

Questions

What stops someone clocking in for a colleague?

Each person has their own PIN, and every punch is timestamped against the shift it belongs to. An admin correction is recorded as a correction, so the edit history stays intact.

Does it work if the internet drops?

The kiosk needs a connection to record a punch. If a punch is missed, a manager can add it afterwards and the correction is logged.

Do I need one device per person?

No. One shared screen serves the whole team, and you can pair as many as you like at no extra cost.
