Questions
Does the national minimum wage apply to hotel staff in Cyprus?
Hotel staff are not covered by the general minimum wage decrees. They have their own instrument, the Minimum Wages in the Hotel Industry Decree of 2025. CySlip does not set rates. It records the hours and applies the rates you configure.
Can housekeeping be scheduled by rooms rather than cover?
You set a coverage target per department and adjust the draft by hand. Room-based allocation is not modelled directly.
How are night shifts counted?
A shift crossing midnight stays one shift and is priced once, against the day it started.
